General FAQ

1. Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to all of Malaysia (West & East Malaysia) and Singapore.


2. How much is shipping?

  • West Malaysia: FREE shipping
  • East Malaysia & Singapore: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Note: Shipping fees do not include any customs duties, import taxes, or handling charges that may apply for international orders.


3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days.
 Estimated delivery time:

  • West Malaysia: 1–3 working days
  • East Malaysia: 3–7 working days
  • Singapore: 5–10 working days

Delivery time frames are based on the courier’s schedule and it may vary, especially during peak seasons or public holidays. We recommend placing your order early to avoid delays.


4. Can I choose self-pickup?

We currently do not offer self-pickup. All orders are shipped via our courier partners for a smooth and secure delivery experience.


5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Bank Transfer
  • Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
  • Online Banking (FPX)
  • E-wallets like Touch 'n Go and GrabPay (if available)


6. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’re happy to help. Please DM us on Instagram @tempskin.co or WhatsApp our customer service as soon as possible. Once it’s been processed, we may not be able to make changes.


7. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on skincare products unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. If there’s a problem with your order, contact us on Instagram @tempskin.co or WhatsApp our customer service within 7 days of receiving your parcel, with photos/ videos attached — we’re happy to help.


8. Can I collaborate or stock temp. products?
